Because of the heavy rain in Henan Province in July 2021 and it needed power support when in the emergency rescue, Dian Xiao’er took emergency measures for donating some portable power stations to the Blue Sky Rescue Team and Suguang Rescue Team. These power stations can help them powering airboats, assault boats, drones, light, and other rescue equipment to ensure that their rescue work is carried out safely and smoothly.

In June 2020, it was learned that the school and village committee of Liangchong Village, Tongle Miao Township, Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were often troubled by power outages. Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy Co.,Ltd. assisted in the construction of a solar emergency energy storage system. Through overtime installation and commissioning, the problem of frequent power outages that plagued villages and schools has been solved, and the development of compulsory education also has been facilitated.
